4 stars for location because traffic in the area can make it difficult to turn left onto the road where the hotel is located. Other businesses located nearby have the same problem. Staff was friendly and helpful with every interaction. Checkout was more time consuming than expected as I wanted a receipt and the person at the desk had to make a call to get help in producing it. The ground floor hallway was a little disconcerting, but once entering my room, I was pleasantly surprised. It was spacious and the temperature was comfortable. Laminate floors made the room a bit echo prone. I prefer the laminate to carpet as it seems a bit cleaner. I had a single queen bed and a couch for relaxing. There was also a table with two chairs that was useful for doing a bit of work on my laptop. Wifi was strong and I did not lose connection at all. The kitchen had a sink, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. I did not cook at all during my stay, however I did notice that there were no dishes, utensils, or cups to be found. This would have made it difficult to prepare a meal. For the price, I would stay here again, keeping in mind that I would want to bring tools for meal preparation if I expected to do it in-room. The room itself was clean and comfortable. I like the large amount of space.

As someone that travels frequently for work, I’ve spent a few years living out of extended stay hotels. This is hands down the best one I’ve ever found. The rooms are immaculate. It well exceeded my expectations. It’s extremely clean, the bed is super comfy, and it looks nothing like the pictures I saw online (in the best way possible!) Joe made check in super easy and quick so I could relax after a long day of work. The price and deposit is extremely fair especially for what you get. I was paying the same rate at a motel that’s 1/4 the size of my current room. It’s right off the highway and close to a lot of dining options. I’m staying here while apartment hunting, but honestly, I might just stay here for a while and skip the hunt!

I had an outstanding stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Joey. From the moment I arrived, Joey went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any requests or questions I had. His positive attitude and professionalism truly made a difference in my experience, and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. If you're looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay in Ohio, this is the place to be!

Stayed here back in July to be closer to Inkcarceration. Good hotel for the cost. Called to notify them I will be checking in after midnight when the festival is over and they took note so it wouldn't get flagged for a no show and all went well. At check in I had to pay a $50 security deposit since i booked online using reward points with him saying it would be refunded the day of check in. A month later it was still on my card. Sent an email in and it was refunded the day of!

Front desk personnel name Joe was amazing. I traveled the world been to numerous countries hands-down one of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Very courteous super empathetic knew the job in and out funny kind Can’t say enough about this man named Joe

Unknown details until I get to visit. Wait I'm already here. I'm in room 347. Notice the immaculate exterior and the street light sign parallelism from the street entering the hotel to the highway sign which is parallel to the street light. Just beautiful !

James, Front Desk Associate was extremely nice, courteous, very professional, and friendly upon my arrival. Despite me arriving after 03:30 AM, he provided a genuine smile and a warm & welcoming demeanor. I called the property and spoke with James to inform him of my after 03:00 AM arrival and prepaid for the reservation. Upon my arrival, James had my room ready and I was "Good to Go" in less than one minute. Moreover, James was happy to help and he quickly explained pertinent hotel policies and other particulars. In short, this has been my third stay at Suburban properties and honestly ALL of the Front Desk Associates (especially James) at the three different properties that I have stayed as a guest have earned a new customer! Fact is, 90% of the time- I arrive after 12:00 Midnight to almost any hotel property due to the nature of our business. Honestly, I do not need nor use all of the amenities that other properties offer. I simply need a pest free, clean, safe, and comfortable room with basic living amenities. The setup of the Suburban properties provides me with such coupled with awesome Front Desk Associates- This really works best for me and our business needs. Overall, Suburban Properties has provided me with great value and refreshing & awesome guest experience!
